Reading the Signs: Setting the Day Up for Behavioral Success

Training Description:
TECPA Directors Net is a monthly professional development and networking opportunity designed to support early childhood program leaders. Each session provides relevant information, practical strategies, resources, and opportunities for discussion on topics related to program management, leadership, staff development, compliance, and quality improvement. Participants will also have opportunities to connect, share experiences, exchange ideas, and collaborate with other early childhood leaders in the community.

Audience:
Early childhood program directors, assistant directors, administrators, owners, and other early childhood professionals serving in leadership or management roles.

Format:
Monthly, one-hour virtual interactive training and networking session featuring professional development, facilitated discussion, resource sharing, peer collaboration, and opportunities for questions and problem-solving.

Training Registration Policy

All training registrations are non-refundable. Payment reserves a seat for the individual who registered.

If a participant cannot attend, they may reschedule to a future class of the same training with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Rescheduled registrations must remain for the same individual and may not be transferred to another person.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the training or after the class has begun will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the registration will be forfeited.

Champions for Children will issue attendance certificates through TECPDS (Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System). You will be required to add your TECPDS ID number to your registration record. If you do not have a TECPDS account, please create one prior to registering.
