Brain Gym®

A tool to help children succeed

Do you relate to the following?

  • My child is extremely active and lacks focus?
  • My child has high anxiety?
  • My child has autism or another disability?

Brain Gym® may be another tool to add to help your child!

Brain Gym® is an international program committed to the principle that moving with intention leads to optimal learning.

How Does Brain Gym® Work?

Brain Gym® features 26 easy movements, exercises, and activities that recall the movements naturally developed during the first years of life when the eyes, ears, hands, and whole body are coordinating. Brain Gym® develops the brain’s neural pathways the way nature does – through movement.  These simple movements help children gain better self control and self regulation to be successful in life.

Is Brain Gym® Effective?

Brain Gym® movements work so well, they often bring about dramatic improvements in areas such as: concentration and focus, memory, academics (reading, writing, math, test taking), physical coordination, relationships, self-responsibility, organization skills, attitude, general development and better self-control.  It's also a great way to reduce stress.

Appointments are done with the child and parents. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call 903.592.1454.

What are parents saying about Brain Gym®?

Our daughter has always struggled with behavioral problems at daycare and had an overall social awkwardness that we simply brushed off as immaturity.

When Kindergarten started, things went downhill fast, and she was spending every day in the hallway or in the office due to her disruptive behavior. By the time we started Brain Gym, it felt like we had read every book, taken every piece of advice, and tried every "method" available without any improvements.

They [Champions] not only helped our daughter overcome her current behavioral issues but taught her how to face new challenges through the use of coping mechanisms.

My favorite part about Brain Gym is that the process engages not only our child but the parents as well. The "homework" became fun activities and games that allowed us to spend quality time together.

I have learned how to help my daughter in ways I didn't even know existed, and that is a gift I could never say thank you enough for.

I tell anyone who sits still long enough about the miracle of Brain Gym. It has been a life changing experience for our family, and we are forever grateful.
