Focused on key topics essential for promoting the wellbeing of young children and their families –

• We will explore ways to recognize signs of abuse and neglect and discuss strategies for creating a safe and supportive environment for children.
• We will explore stress reduction techniques and delve into health and wellness through nutrition and physical activity.
• Finally, we’ll discuss developmental milestones, monitoring and screening which supports early intervention for children.
