Understanding and managing challenging behavior is essential for creating a positive learning environment. As a director of an early learning program, your role is crucial. In this session, we’ll not only explore the ‘WHY’ behind a child’s challenging behavior but also discuss how you, as a leader, can support your teachers in addressing the ‘HOW.’ By equipping your staff with effective strategies, you’ll foster a collaborative and nurturing environment that benefits both children and educators.
