Training for Childcare Workers, Teachers & Directors

Well-trained, competent, and confident childcare teachers lay the foundation for the academic and social success of the children in their care.

Champions for Children's professional trainings and workshops satisfy Texas Childcare Licensing requirements for childcare providers, preschool teachers, and center directors. Training can be individually tailored upon request.

Train to Work

Interested in becoming a child care teacher? You can train to work in childcare at Champions for Children!

Training includes:

  • Background Check
  • 24 hours of child care training
  • CPR certification
  • Starter Kit of Supplies
  • Support in securing a job in childcare

Cost: $525 per person

TECPDS

 Champions for Children is now on TECPDS (Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System)! Every teacher who attends training MUST have a TECPDS account to receive their certificate.
