Working in early childhood education is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be an inherently stressful experience. As educators, caregivers, and leaders, we face unique challenges in balancing the needs of children, families, and staff while managing our own well-being. How can we model a sense of calm and create a supportive, nurturing environment for everyone we work with?
Join Neisha LeStage from the Andrews Centers for an engaging and practical session on self-care strategies. In this training, we’ll explore the importance of self-care for both personal well-being and professional effectiveness.
Neisha will guide us through techniques to help reduce stress, maintain emotional balance, and become a positive role model for staff, families, and children.
